PLAYEREDGE

Refund Policy

Effective 1 October 2026 · PlayerEdge is operated by QuantMax, Australia

This policy covers PlayerEdge Pro, the optional subscription. Everything else in PlayerEdge is free.

Who you buy from

PlayerEdge Pro is sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for every order. Paddle takes the payment, sends your receipt and issues refunds, under its buyer terms.

No refunds for change of mind

Pro starts as soon as you pay, so we don't refund a payment, or part of a period, because you changed your mind, didn't use Pro, or forgot to cancel before a renewal. You can cancel at any time so that you are not charged again. If you are in the UK or EU, you agree at checkout that Pro starts straight away and that your 14-day right to cancel ends once it has begun.

When you do get a refund

Paddle, as the merchant of record, may also refund a payment at its own discretion, for example to prevent fraud.

How to ask for one

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; a chargeback may pause the account while it is looked into.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Profile, then PlayerEdge Pro, then Manage subscription. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or the consumer law where you live. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: if Pro has a major failure or isn't as described, you are entitled to a remedy, which can include a refund.

Edge-Cash and items

Edge-Cash, chips, cases, keys and cosmetic items are earned in PlayerEdge, have no cash value and are never sold, so there is nothing to refund for them.
